I confirm the above partnership, and I understand that I/my company will receive the benefits corresponding to the level that has been selected as set forth in the Partnership Engagement Opportunities.

I understand that my commitment balance should be received by December 31st.

I agree to provide electronic name and logo information related to the partnership as reasonably requested. I acknowledge and agree that Veterans Empowerment Organization is permitted to use the name and logo in connection with electronic and hard copy advertising and promotions.

 

I hereby grant Veterans Empowerment Organization permission to use my company attendees' likeness in photographs or video in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of Veterans Empowerment

Organization's printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using our likeness will become the property of Veterans Empowerment Organization and will not be returned.
